How to work your nano facial mister:
– Charge your nano mister with the included USB cable for approx. 2 hours.
– To get your misting device to work simply add water in the tank at the top.
– Screw on the lid.
– Move the button with the rhinestone downwards.
– Hold the nano mister about 20-30cm away from the face or body and move it around the area.
– And finally enjoy the gentle misting & cooling sensation where tiny water droplets will gentle soothe any stinging, irritation or redness caused by the fumes or beauty treatments and even redness caused by heat.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Cost incurred to have it returned to us will be for your account. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing any parts for reasons not due to our error.
– If the original packaging or product is damaged due to your negligence, we will not be able to give a refund.
– The product is tested before being delivered to its new owner. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.

Great care is taken to wrap your parcel to prevent any damage during courier transit.
We check your parcel before it leaves our facility, ensuring that everything is in perfect condition and wrapped securely to mitigate any potential damage during transportation. Once your parcel has arrived at your door, it needs to be opened immediately, and you should check that everything is in order. If your package is damaged or the goods are not in perfect condition, please notify us within one hour of delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to replace your items. This policy also applies if your order is missing any item(s) you may have ordered from us. If the mistake is on our end, we are more than happy to correct it and ensure that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible.
We require clear photos of the package showing any damage, as well as photos of the package if it has been opened and shows signs of tampering or missing items. Reporting these issues immediately is of utmost importance, as we can only resolve them with the courier company. Please do not delay in checking your order. It only takes 2 minutes, and we would hate for you to lose your hard-earned money, just as we would hate to lose ours. If the product seal has been broken on the outer packaging or the product itself has been broken or damaged we will not be able to give you a refund or offer an exchange or return. Cost incurred to have it returned to us will be for your account.
If an order has been placed and the buyer does decide to cancel the order a 25% handling fee will be charged.
